We currently have 35 employees consisting of: 4 managers, and 31 warehouse personnel. The fact that we are a relatively small company, every employee assumes several duties and responsibilities to assure our daily customer requirements are met in an efficient and timely manner. The management team is eager to put their combined experience to work for their customers. By partnering with customers and vendors in the development of new products and quality controls, we have earned the respect of major accounts and leading suppliers.
Scot Marshall, Vice President and CEO
Scot has been actively involved in the tape, stretch film and packaging industry for over 22years. He started Air Pak Distribution Inc. in 1999 and in 2005 we changed the name to Preferred Film Converters.
Michael Demler, General Manager
Michael has been actively involved in Production/Operations management for over 20 years.
Linda Blakeney, Controller
Linda has been actively involved in Accounting/Management for over 20 years. She has a Bachelors Degree in Accounting from Northwestern Oklahoma State University

Trish has been recently promoted from Shipping Clerk to Purchasing.
